Actually, there has been a great start located in the middle of the State, just south of Smyrna and easily accessed by SR#1. The first phase, the "Environmental Output" demonstrates a number of green technologies and sports one of the largest telescopes in the State. 20,000 school students a year visit this facility or participate in one of DASEF's programs. The main facility has been under construction for some time, the exterior shell is complete; however, significant funding is still required to complete the interactive displays, hands-on workshops, and classrooms.
