   That would be great, but like almost anything in Delaware, it will most likely end up in Wilmington, and out of reach of a lot of the state. I would think that you could get a lot of support, including the possibility of space if you partner with Del State, Wesley, and Del Tech, of which Del State and Del Tech do have land, space, and a science/education background which would be a HUGE help.
